Whether you have an hourly budget for cleaning, or don't know where to start - the first step is getting in touch via our Quote Request form.

1. When you fill out our Quote Request form, we'll review your answers and carry out a virtual walk-through using previous real estate listings online. If you have an hourly budget, simply let us know and we'll tailor our services to fit within your budget.
   

2. We'll get in touch with you as soon as possible to introduce ourselves and have a chat about what you're needing to be included in your service, and to collect any plan manager contact information we might need.
   

3. After your first clean, we'll check in with you to make sure you're happy to continue service. We'll send you through an Onboarding Pack which includes any and all information you might need about your new cleaning service, as well as a Service Agreement. You're never locked in to any contracts or plans, and always have the freedom to change or cancel your service whenever you need or want to.

For future cleans, we'll send you a friendly reminder text 24 hours before your booking.

Yes, we bring all equipment and products required so you don't have to worry about a thing.

If you'd prefer us to use a specific product or piece of equipment, just let us know.

While we will always try to accommodate special requests, please note that sometimes we might not be able to use your own products or equipment if they are unsafe.

All of the team at Sora Home Care have passed a national police check. We also carry Blue Cards and have NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.

Not at all. Of course, we welcome direct payments on the day of service, however we also understand if that isn't possible.

We're happy to invoice a Plan or Care Manager directly.

We also have relaxed invoice due dates to account for invoice processing.

Absolutely - just let us know the contact details of your plan manager and we'll send all invoices to them directly.
