We'll get in touch with you as soon as possible to introduce ourselves and have a chat about what you're needing to be included in your service, and to collect any plan manager contact information we might need. 3. After your first clean, we'll check in with you to make sure everything went perfectly smooth. We'll email you through a Service Agreement, outlining all the details of your ongoing cleaning, which you can sign directly from your browser. You're never locked in to any contracts or plans, and always have the freedom to change or cancel your service whenever you need or want to. For future cleans, we'll send you a friendly reminder text 24 hours before your booking, so that you never lose track of your next clean.

Yes, we bring all equipment and products required so you don't have to worry about a thing. If you'd prefer us to use a specific product or piece of equipment, just let us know. While we will always try to accommodate special requests, please note that sometimes we might not be able to use your own products or equipment if they are unsafe.

Not at all. Of course, we welcome direct payments on the day of service, however we also understand if that isn't possible. We're happy to invoice a Plan or Care Manager directly. We also have relaxed invoice due dates to account for invoice processing.
