All of the team at Sora Home Care have passed a national police check. We also carry Blue Cards and have NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.

The first step in reclaiming your weekends starts with getting in touch for a personalised quote or estimate.

1. When you fill out our Quote Request form, we'll review your request and conduct a virtual walk-through using previous real estate listings online for photos and property size. We'll give you a call as soon as possible to introduce ourselves and go over any additional information we might need. We'll also email you through a written quote.
   

2. When you're ready to book in, we'll take a 50% deposit which can be paid directly from your quote. This deposit is only required for your first clean, and locks in your booking. We'll send you a booking confirmation, and also a friendly reminder the day before your scheduled clean.
   

3. Once your booking is confirmed, we'll send you through an Onboarding Pack which will include any and all information you might need about Sora and your new cleaning service, as well as a Service Agreement which outlines everything to do with your recurring service. You're never locked in to any contracts or plans, and always have the freedom to change or cancel your recurring cleans whenever you need to.
   

4. After your clean is finished, we'll send you an invoice for the remaining 50% which you can pay directly from the invoice, or your preferred payment method.

For all future cleans, we'll send you a reminder 24 hours before and an invoice once the clean is finished.

We'll also check in from time to time just to make sure everything is going smoothly.

We offer two types of pricing:

Package Price - best for whole home cleans

Package prices allow us to make sure you get a high quality, thorough clean every visit without needing to stress about the clock. We focus on our standard inclusions checklist, rotating each visit, to ensure your home stays pristine.

It also means that you'll never have any nasty invoice surprises - you can count on your cleans always being consistent, right down to the pricing.

Our package pricing is the most cost-effective option, since they can be planned and organised efficiently.

Per Hour Price - best for odd jobs or irregular cleans

If a more irregular schedule works best for you, then per hour pricing might suit you better.

We offer per hour prices at $65 per hour, with a minimum of 2 hours.

Every home is unique, so the time it takes to complete your clean can vary depending on the size of your home, your preferences, and what's included.

Initial cleans generally take a little longer than maintenance cleans because they're generally a lot more intensive than a maintenance clean. In an initial clean, we'll focus on deep cleaning your space to set it up for quicker maintenance cleans moving forward.

Please allow between 2-5 hours for your clean. If you prefer to not be at home during cleaning, we will send you a text to let you know we have finished.

This is entirely your preference - some of our clients prefer us to keep a key, some prefer to let us in and then leave, some prefer to be home during the whole clean. We don't mind either way - our priority is your comfort and peace of mind.

If you would prefer to not be there while we're cleaning, we will notify you via text to let you know we have finished. We'll also check these items before we leave:

- All windows and doors are closed/locked

- Air conditioners, fans, lights, appliances etc. are off

- Candles and oil diffusers are off

- Pets are left inside/outside (your preference)

- Curtains are drawn closed (your preference)

If you would prefer to leave a key with us, we will label it with a generic code not identifiable to anyone but us, and store it safely in our office at all times.

Every product and piece of equipment that we use at Sora has been carefully selected and tried in our own homes.

We use low-toxic and non-toxic, pH neutral cleaning products that are still highly effective and leave a pleasant, floral smell. We'll provide you with a list of all of our chemicals and products in your Onboarding Pack so that you always know what's being used in your home. For any safety sheets or technical data, please get in touch.

Our equipment is also highly tested, right down to our vacuum attachments and mop heads.
